Line 9808 fares for Korčula–Dubrovnik from the 2026 fare table: single tickets, same price in both directions, port fees and VAT included. The off-season table applies 1 January–28 May and 28 September–31 December 2026, the seasonal one 29 May–27 September 2026; island-resident and child fares apply all year. Children under 3 travel free. A pet in a dedicated box pays 50% of a ticket where the boat has boxes. Krilo's catamaran has its own prices (see text). All fares in euros (EUR).
If you want to get from Korčula Town to Dubrovnik without a car, the year-round option is state fast-boat line 9808, which starts on the island of Lastovo (Ubli), calls at Korčula and runs on to Dubrovnik. The Croatian coastal lines agency's 2026 timetable names TP Line, a Zadar company, as the operator. The boat does the Korčula–Dubrovnik leg in 2 hours 10 minutes, and turns round in Dubrovnik for the afternoon run back to Korčula and Lastovo.
From 28 September to 31 December 2026 the off-season pattern applies: one sailing a day each way. It leaves Korčula early in the morning (a little later on Sundays) and Dubrovnik early in the afternoon, so a day trip only works starting from Korčula. There is no service on Christmas Day. In this period the boat makes no stop on Mljet: the summer timetable adds a call at Sobra only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday return runs. The 2027 timetable had not been published when we checked.
An adult ticket costs €10.20 off-season (€13.55 in the summer period), children aged 3–12 pay €6.50 and under-3s travel free. TP Line does not take reservations; buy through its webshop or app, at a ticket outlet, or on board if seats are left. Each passenger may bring 20 kg of luggage, and bicycles are not carried, so cyclists and anyone with a hire car need another route. On 29 September TP Line's main website and email were down for technical reasons; its webshop said ticket sales were unaffected.
Until 31 October a second, commercial catamaran also links the two towns: Krilo's Tropic service on the Split – Milna – Hvar – Korčula – Pomena (Mljet) – Dubrovnik route. It leaves Korčula mid-morning and Dubrovnik mid-afternoon, stops at Pomena on Mljet, and Krilo's search showed €25 for the Korčula–Dubrovnik ride. Its rules differ from TP Line's: bikes go for an extra fee, the luggage allowance is 23 kg, and everyone over three pays full fare. Krilo's times are not on the board above, and its search returns no sailings for 1 November. Neither timetable names the exact berth; Krilo's Dubrovnik ticket office is at Obala Stjepana Radića 32 in Gruž.
- Get to the port in good time: on car ferries vehicle boarding closes before departure, and queues build in summer.
- Check the operator's notices on the day — bora and jugo winds and breakdowns change or cancel sailings.
- Buy your ticket in advance where the operator allows it; vehicle space is limited on some routes.
