Figures are taken from the line 335 fare table printed on page two of Jadrolinija's 2026 timetable. The off-season amounts shown apply from 28 September to 31 December 2026; between 29 May and 27 September the dearer season table applied (for example 4.30 EUR per person and 18.10 EUR for a car up to 5 m). Island-resident and public-service prices stay the same all year. The car and its occupants pay separately: the table only lets bus drivers and bus passengers, lorry drivers (and a co-driver on lorries over 10 t) and pets travel free, so a car driver buys a passenger ticket too. Infants under 1 need no ticket; children aged 1 to 3 get a free one. Hand luggage up to 20 kg is not charged. A ticket is good for any sailing on the date printed on it, costs the same either way and includes port dues and VAT. All fares in euros (EUR).
Ferry line 335 runs between the Prizna landing on the mainland coast below the Velebit mountains, near Jablanac, and Žigljen at the northern end of the island of Pag. Jadrolinija operates it, and its 2026 timetable puts the crossing at 15 minutes. The operator points out that Žigljen is a few kilometres from Novalja, and that Pag's and Novalja's popularity brings frequent extra trips in summer. At the end of September 2026 the departure search showed the ferries Cres and Krk on the route.
The off-season timetable began on 28 September. From Monday to Saturday there are thirteen trips each way, the first leaving Prizna before 6 a.m. and the last leaving Žigljen after 9 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays the first morning trip is dropped, and from 26 October one mid-afternoon trip goes too. On 25 and 26 December only six trips run in each direction. Summer is much busier: the high-season table had 21 trips a day, with sailings through the night.
In the off-season a foot passenger pays 2.50 EUR one way and a car up to 5 m costs 12.20 EUR, with the driver and passengers buying their own tickets on top; in summer the same items were 4.30 and 18.10 EUR. You cannot book a specific sailing: the ticket covers any trip on the date printed on it. Jadrolinija's offices at Prizna and Žigljen open an hour before the first sailing and stay open until the last, and tickets are also sold online. Campervans up to 5 m are charged 19.60 EUR.
Wind can stop this crossing. The route lies across the Velebit Channel, and Croatian media have reported days when strong bora halted the ferry, sometimes on a day when the Pag Bridge was closed as well. Check Jadrolinija's traffic-status page or HAK's sea-traffic report before driving down to the coast; on 29 September 2026 neither reported any suspension on this line.
- Get to the port in good time: on car ferries vehicle boarding closes before departure, and queues build in summer.
- Check the operator's notices on the day — bora and jugo winds and breakdowns change or cancel sailings.
- Buy your ticket in advance where the operator allows it; vehicle space is limited on some routes.
